Ashtin Crawford is the Assistant Athletic Director of Stewardship, Signature Events, and Engagement for the Buff Club, joining the team in 2026.
Ashtin joins CU with experience in athletics administration, donor engagement, community relations, and external operations. Most recently during her time at TCU, she oversaw premium hospitality and led high-level initiatives in fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, and event execution.
Over her career, Ashtin has held roles at Texas Christian University, University of Arizona, Oregon State University, University of Colorado, and University of Oregon, executing donor engagement strategies, administrative operations, ticket operations, marketing, and strategic communications.
Ashtin earned her bachelor’s degree in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University and most recently completed a Master of Arts in Human Rights Practice from the University of Arizona. Her graduate studies focused on gender equity in college athletics, culminating in a capstone project that proposed a five-pronged strategy to enhance the student-athlete experience for female athletes through a gender equity lens.
Ashtin is a Eugene, Oregon native who enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, getting lost in a historical fiction novel, and exploring every local coffee shop to find her favorite one.
