Jordyn Johnson

Jordyn Johnson is an Associate Director of Development with the Buff Club, joining the team in 2026. A proud Colorado native and CU alumna, Jordyn graduated from the Leeds School of Business in 2016, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Talent Management and Leadership, as well as a certificate in Socially Responsible Enterprises (SRE). While a student, she also served as a Community Outreach Intern for CU Athletics.
 
Jordyn comes to the Buff Club from across campus, where she spent the 2025–26 academic year as an Associate Director of Development at the Leeds School of Business, supporting advancement efforts and building relationships with fellow alumni and donors.
 
Before returning to campus, Jordyn built a decade-long career in the National Football League with the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens. Her work centered on youth programming, experiential marketing, event execution and fan engagement. She oversaw several cornerstone entertainment programs, including the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders, the Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders and Baltimore’s Marching Ravens, managing traditions that connected thousands of fans and families to their teams.
 
Jordyn also holds a Master of Arts in Human Development & Family Sciences with a specialization in Youth Development from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, she enjoys training for HYROX competitions, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
