CU Buff Club, Colorado Athletics

Rachael Turner is the Director of Donor Service and Ticket Sales, joining the team in December 2025. In this role, Rachael focuses on revenue strategy, CRM and data analytics, and oversees the Sales Team. 

Rachael comes to Boulder after spending 2 years (2023-2025) at Texas Tech University as Manager of Ticket Sales and Service. Her and her team took the lead on the sales efforts for the new south endzone renovation at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock. She also managed email marketing efforts for Tech's first ever Women's College World Series run in 2023. While working in Lubbock, she earned her master's degree in Sport Management from Texas Tech as well. 

Prior to her time at Texas Tech, Rachael spent time as a Ticket Sales Account Executive at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Originally born and raised in the Las Vegas area, she helped the UNLV department transition from Sam Boyd Stadium to Allegiant Stadium where they now share their home with the Las Vegas Raiders.  

She was a 4-year letterwinner at the University of Hawaii for the softball team where she played first base. At Hawaii, she earned two bachelor's degrees in American Studies and Communications. 

Rachael is a Las Vegas, Nevada native. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys golfing, snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking through Colorado with her dog Mookie.
